Please read all of our store policies prior to making any purchases. A purchase constitutes agreement to these policies.
Minimum Order: We have a minimum order of $10.00. If your order is for less than $10.00 (before shipping & taxes) the appropriate amount will be added to bring your order to the minimum of $10.00. This amount will be added to the shipping cost.
Credit Cards: Credit Cards will normally be processed and charged the day after the order is placed regardless of the stock status of the ordered items if we have a reasonable expectation of shipping your order in a reasonable amount of time.
All special order items, items imported from other countries, foreign orders, and items on backorder, all fall under this policy. You have the option of paying with a Money Order or Check if you are unable to abide by this policy.
Appropriate refunds will be made on any items or orders that cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping: All orders are normally shipped USPS Priority mail based on weight (fee determined at checkout.) Orders that cannot be shipped USPS due to weight or size restrictions will normally be sent UPS Ground. Extremely light-weight orders will normally be sent standard mail. All Educational and Distributor orders are sent UPS Ground. All orders are shipped from Nevada (NV) 89081. There is no handling fee.
We try (but cannot guarantee) to ship all in stock items within 24 hours (except Sundays and holidays.) We will attempt (but cannot guarantee) to notify you if any items cannot be shipped within 24 hours. You have the option to cancel the order, have us ship a partial order, or wait until out of stock items arrive.
Backordered items will be shipped at our expense.
No items or orders will be shipped until payment is made in full.

Lost Shipments: We do everything we possibly can to ensure that all shipped orders reach their destination. However, in order to achieve this, we must rely on commercial carriers; such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc,.
As such; We cannot be held responsible for any lost shipments due to negligence on the part of the customer. Such as: erroneous addresses, mistyped names or zip codes, shipments signed for by a neighbor, customers not home, etc,.
Any orders returned to us as undeliverable, for whatever reason, will incur new shipping charges when the order is re-shipped back to the customer.
We will do everything we possibly can to verify information provided by the customer, and to recover, or locate lost shipments.
We will not send out duplicate orders; and we will seek prosecution on any evidence of mail fraud.
Non-Continental United States Orders: All orders shipped outside of the Continental United States (but is a United States Territory) incur an extra surcharge per order; in addition to the normal shipping charges. All Non-Continental orders are normally shipped via USPS. We accept U.S. Dollars only.
Customs: Dillie-Dallies is a company based in the United States. If you reside outside of the United States and place an order with us; your country may impose import fees, customs duty, or brokerage fees on these orders. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, as a company in the U.S., we have absolutely no control over these fees. All of our shipments to other countries are clearly marked as to their contents, and no fees should be imposed. However, if fees are imposed you should contact your Customs House for clarification and reimbursement.
Foreign Orders: We ship worldwide.
Foreign Orders incur a flat rate shipping charge per order based on country of destination, and an additional flat rate shipping charge per pound. These shipping charges are estimates only; you may be contacted to authorize additional shipping charges. Excessive shipping charges will be refunded after your order ships.
Canadian orders incur a flat rate shipping charge per order, with an additional variable rate shipping charge per pound.
Foreign Orders are normally shipped via EMS unless another shipping option is negotiated with the customer in advance.
Canadian orders are normally shipped via USPS.
If your country does not appear in the country listing, and you wish to order from us, simply choose the nearest country to you and put a note in the message box of the order as to the correct country.
It will not affect the shipping cost, as all international shipping is the same.
Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club online. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks must clear prior to our shipping your order. Returned checks have an additional $25.00 fee. Please DO NOT send cash. We accept payments in U.S. Dollars only.

Taxes: Currently, only residents of Florida (FL) incur a 7% sales tax on all orders.
